🔷 What is HexiChange?
HexiChange is a sense-making tool for organizational change. Instead of treating change challenges as problems to fix, it helps you see them as patterns to shift.

It blends IdeaLeap's visual cards with Lean Change principles. Together they help you sense what's happening in your system and respond thoughtfully.

HexiChange makes sense of change culture through three connected elements that continuously reinforce one another:
Patterns
Recurring dynamics that shape how people respond to change. Some hold change back; others create momentum.
Narratives
The stories and shared beliefs people tell to explain and justify their responses to change.
Interactions
The everyday exchanges where patterns and narratives play out — and the only place where culture can truly shift.
To shift Patterns or Narratives, you must change Interactions — that's where culture is lived in real time.

Responses to change that appear helpful but are often counterproductive. These surface what's going wrong and why.
Patterns
Responses that tend to have a positive impact on change. These point toward what good looks like.
Narratives
The stories people tell about change that shape how they interpret events and behave. Both problematic and aspirational narratives matter.
Interactions (Blank)
The everyday exchanges, conversations, and behaviours you observe. Fill these in with specific interactions from your own context.
Lean Change Cards
These cards help you move within the system — prompts for action grounded in Lean Change principles:
Big Ideas
The philosophy around change — mental models and high-level concepts that expand how you think.
Tools & Practices
The concrete tools, templates, and frameworks you can apply.
Change Agent Stance
How you see your role in change — your posture as coach, facilitator, mentor, or manager.
Change Agent
Your traits, temperament, biases, beliefs, and experiences that shape your worldview as a change agent.
