Identify Directly Impacted Stakeholders
These are stakeholder groups doing the work that is being affected by the change.

Identify Indirectly Impacted Stakeholders
Suppliers: Provide inputs for the impacted work. Customers: Use the outputs of the impacted work. Approvers: Check, approve, or authorize the impacted work.

Identify Interested Stakeholders
Stakeholders who consider the outcome important but don't fit directly or indirectly impacted. They need to be kept informed.

Assess Level of Impact
Label each stakeholder group as High (↑), Med (→), or Low (↓) impact. Right-click any sticky to set impact.

Assess Level of Support
Movers (green): early adopters. Movables (amber): fence sitters. Immovables (red): against the change. Right-click any sticky to set.

Map Direct Paths of Influence
Hover a sticky and drag from a yellow edge dot onto another sticky to draw a line. Set the connection type with the toolbar dropdown.

Map Indirect Paths of Influence
Click any line to toggle it between solid (direct) and dotted (indirect). Double-click a line to delete it.
